Wrist-A-Cuffs Return and Exchange Policy
At Wrist-A-Cuffs, we take immense pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made bracelets and pendants designed to suit your unique style. Each piece is carefully made to order, ensuring that you receive a product that is as special as you are. To maintain the integrity of our designs and craftsmanship, we have developed a return policy that protects our process while ensuring your confidence and satisfaction.
Custom and Premade Wrist-A-Cuffs Jewelry
1. Custom Orders
All custom-made Wrist-A-Cuffs items, including personalized bracelets, pendants, or engraved pieces, are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their unique nature and customization.
2. Premade Custom Jewelry
Premade custom items (crafted in advance but with unique design features) are eligible for limited exchanges or store credit if returned in their original, unworn condition within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval upon inspection.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• The wrong item was shipped.
• There is a significant discrepancy between the product received and the product described.
Special Policy for European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law. This allows you to cancel your purchase of premade items within 14 days of receiving the goods, as long as they are returned in their original, unworn condition.
Please Note: The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to custom-made or personalized items.
Note: All return requests, including those under the EU cooling-off period, must include photographs clearly showing any issues. Approval is subject to review by our quality assurance team.
Process for Returns or Exchanges
1. Contact Us
Notify our customer service team at Wristacuffs.store within 48 hours of receiving your order (or within 14 days for EU customers exercising their cooling-off rights). Include the following:
• Your order number.
• A detailed description of the issue.
• Supporting photographs (if applicable).
2. Approval Process
Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Condition Requirements
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
• Be in their original, unworn condition.
• Include all original packaging, certificates, and accompanying materials.
4. Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item shipped was incorrect or defective. EU customers exercising the cooling-off period are also responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost items during return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
• Custom-made products, including personalized or engraved designs.
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery.
• Products marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
Refunds and Store Credit
• Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, excluding shipping costs. Refunds to the original payment method are generally not available unless required by EU law under the cooling-off period.
• Store credit never expires and can be applied to future purchases.
