Order Processing Time
• Premade Products: Orders for premade items will be processed within 3-5 business days after your payment is confirmed.
• Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, please allow 21-30 days for production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Options and Delivery Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after your order has shipped.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days after your order has shipped.
Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Please be aware that custom product orders will only ship after the production period of 21-30 days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times and shipping costs will vary based on the destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions may affect your order’s arrival time. Wrist-A-Cuffs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
• If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at support@wristacuffs.store, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
• If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Wrist-A-Cuffs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the item.
